The Animal Health division has launched an initiative to identify fast-trackers amongst its sales executives. A two-day training on 'Redefining the Edge of Excellence' helped 19 executives develop a better perspective on life and career goals. In another programme, Zonal and Regional Sales Managers went through a two-day workshop on building skills in areas like financial analysis, decision-making, problem-solving and presentations.

Our Biovac division has put a heavy impetus on training to equip its new field personnel for challenges ahead. In the past months, three batches of recruits have undergone intensive training. The training covered medical and marketing aspects of vaccines, biotechnology, event management, logistics and communications skills.
