Our hospital at Mulund, Mumbai has instituted the service excellence awards to recognise and reward employees who delight their customers (patients) with attentive and caring service. In this scheme, each month winners are decided indirectly by the customers themselves as information about good service by employees is captured through the in-patient and OPD customer feedback forms. Each winner is given a service excellence badge and a gift voucher.
