WHHI hosts satellite workshop in heart treatments

Dr. V Dhume Dean of the Goa Medical College, inaugurates the live workshop. With him are Vishal Bali and doctors from Goa.

Recently, WHHI treated doctors in Goa to a workshop that showcased the merging trends in cardiology and cardiac surgery. Our team of expert interventional cardiologists and cardiac surgeons performed eight challenging cases of angioplasties, bypass surgeries, and non-surgical close-of-hole-in-the-heart treatments, at our hospital in Bangalore. This was transmitted live to more than 150 doctors in Goa. Initiatives, like these, expand the knowledge base of the medical community regarding the application of new clinical procedures.
