With a remarkable academic record and an experience of over 18 years, Dr Arup Ratan Dutta is the Chief Nephrologist at WHKI. Dr Dutta has led the Nephrology Department at WHKI to glory and currently undertakes 900 dialysis per month on an average.

Dr Dutta is also an integral part of the team that conducts Renal Transplants at WHKI. He has won the “Young Asia Investigator Award” in 1992 at Seoul, South Korea and the “Visiting Fellowship Award” from Toronto Western Hospital in 1998.
