Dr.(Prof)Nalinesha started his career at St. Johns medical college in the department of ENT & Head and neck surgery in 1983 as a lecturer and Otorhino laryngologist. He accumulated vast teaching and surgical experience in micro surgery of ear and larynx, cosmetic surgery of the nose and Endoscopic surgery of the nose and Para nasal sinuses.(ex: FESS). He served the institution till
1995 as Asst. professor.

He later was appointed in the department of ENT M.S.Ramaiah Medical College as Professor and HOD affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of health sciences.
