Dr. Narsinga Rao Pantula is an experienced cardiothoracic & cardiovascular surgeon with an experience of more than a decade in adult and paediatric cardiac surgery. After completing his basic medical training from Andhra Medical College Vishakapatnam, he
did his Master’s in General Surgery and M.Ch (Cardiothoracic and Vascular Surgery) from All India Institute of Medical Sciences (A.I.I.M.S), India’s premier medical teaching institute and subsequently did his post doctoral fellowship from Westmead Hospital,
Australia, and mastered in total arterial Revascularisation and Atrial Fibrillation Surgery

He is currently consultant cardiovascular surgeon at wockhardt heart hospitals, Hyderabad.

• Adult cardiac surgeries like on and off pump coronary bypass surgery with total
  revascularization,
• ASD, VSD, TOF repairs and complex neonatal and infant cardiac surgeries like Arterial switch, coarctation repair, TAPVC repair, AV canal repair to name a few.
• Complex valve surgeries including valve replacement with stentless, bioprosthses, homografts, repair of aortic dissection and aneurysms, and Adult congenitals and redo- surgeries.
• Heart surgery for atrial fibrillation.

• He has more than twelve international articles in various fields of cardiac surgery like Mitral valve repair, Homografts, Pulmonary Autografts and Congenital heart problems.
• Worked on the project entitled “ Design and development of an artificial Skeletal muscle ventricle Powered by Latissimus Dorsi Muscle” (Funded by Dept of Science and Technology, New Delhi).
• Reviewed article on “ Role of Radial Artery in Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery ” published in Annals of Thoracic Surgery, Jul, 2005
