Ligament reconstruction |
| |
Ligament reconstruction is a surgical tissue graft replacement of the ligament(Fibrous tissue that connects bones to other bones), located in the human body , to restore its function after ligament injury. The torn ligament is removed from the knee before the graft is inserted through a hole created by a single hole punch. The surgery is performed arthroscopically. |

Meniscus repair |
| |
Meniscus is a circular piece of tough cartilage which conform to the surface of the bones upon they rest .Its function is to maintain stability of the joints, failing which would lead to unevenly distribution of the body weight. Meniscus repair is performed as a possible surgery for the damaged of torn cartilage. Technique of meniscus repair includes using arthroscopically placed tacks or suturing the torn edges. Both procedures function by reapproximating the torn edges of the meniscus to allow them to heal in their proper place. |

Skin Grafting |
| |
Skin grafting involves the transplantation of skin. The transplanted tissue is called a skin graft. Surgical removal (excision or debridement) of the damaged skin is followed by skin grafting.Skin grafts are often employed after serious injuries when some of the body's skin is damaged by extensive wound or trauma, Burns, infection with extensive skin loss . The grafting serves two purposes-
• It can reduce the course of treatment needed (and time in the hospital),
• It can improve the function and appearance of the area of the body which receives the skin graft.

Tennis Elbow |
| |
It is known as the inflammation to the outside elbow bone. It is a condition where the outer part of the elbow becomes sore and tender. It is commonly associated with playing racquet sports. The Procedure is done using Coblation technique where incision is made over the outside of the joint the damaged tendon is indentified and removed .The result is volumetric removal of target tissue with minimal damage surrounding tissue. |

de Quervains |
| |
de Quervains is an inflammation of the sheath or tunnel that surrounds two tendons that control movement of the thumb. Surgery includes realeasing of the tight covering of the tendon which eliminates the the friction causing inflammation restoring tendons smooth gliding capability. |

Trigger Finger |
| |
It is a common disorder of later adulthood characterized by catching, snapping or locking of the involved finger flexor tendon, associated with dysfunction and pain. The procedure is a day surgery that can be done under local anesthetic or regional nerve block. A small (less than 2 cm) incision is made in the skin, and the tight portion of the flexor tendon sheath is released. |

Dupuytren's contracture |
| |
It is a fixed flexion contracture of the hand where the fingers bend towards the palm and cannot be fully extended (straightened). The ring finger and little finger are the fingers most commonly affected The goal of surgery is to remove the diseased fascia, allowing the finger to straighten out again. By removing the tight cords and fascia, the tension on the finger is released. In some cases, grafting extra skin in the area close to the incision gives the finger more flexibility to straighten. |

Minor Fracture fixations and Implant removals |
| |
This procedure includes removal of implants used for fixation of fractures in due course . Reasons for removal of the implants include the possibility of bone atrophy due to stress shielding by rigid bone plates and screws |
